New and changed functionality

Employee Visas are showing in Self Service

The status of employees' visas has been made available in the "Passport" tab in the ESS Personal Data view.

Travel Expense reports. The Box for "Breakfast incl" has been removed from the standard template for Travel Allowance

Because of new regulations for how to define an allowance period, many employees handed in their Travel Expense reports with the box wrongly selected for deduction of breakfast costs - normally as a part of a Hotel stay. The box Breakfast has been removed from the initial part of the registration process.

Instead, employees must manually select all of the deductions for all the days.

Sorting the content alphabetically by clicking on the top of a column in report

In the report Admin HR | Transfer hours to next year, it has been made possible to sort the content by clicking at the top of the column "Emp no". and "Name".

"Project" has been added to the filtering possibilities in the "My pending tasks"

This makes it easier to approve for example travel expenses for projects and reissuing invoices to customers.

A warning is given if employees leave the Timesheet without saving changes first

In the view "Timesheet" it's possible to manually enter changes to each hour row. Previously the employee needed to press the "save" to the left, to make the system update. Consequently, the entered information could disappear if you left the page without doing this. This has been corrected so that the browser gives a warning if you are about to leave without saving first.

Error corrections

When using the 2FA set in "Forced" mode, an employee was not able to use the Google Authenticator

In Self Service, it's possible to force the employee to use the 2-factor authentication. Read more here. If the employee did not have a valid Telephone number or email address, the system did not force them to use the Google option. This has been corrected.

The Organisational chart functionality had some issues showing graphics correctly
