09. Approve certificate

In case you would like to approve a certificate(s), you should first select the specific certificate(s), click on the “Approve” button and a modal appears.

Before approving the certificates, you have the option to allow the platform to send an email to the respective recipients notifying them that their certificate is approved. Once approved, another modal appears notifying you whether the approval is successful or not.
