10. Reject certificate

In case you would like to reject a certificate(s), you should first select the specific certificate(s), click on the “Reject” button and a modal appears.

Before approving the certificates, you have the option to allow the platform to send an email to the respective recipients notifying them that their certificate is rejected. Once rejected, another modal appears notifying you whether the rejection is successful or not.
