In case you forgot your password, you may easily reset it by clicking on the “I forgot my password” link located below the ”Sign in” button.

By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the “Recover Password” page, where you should type your email address and click on "Send" button.

An email will be sent with the title "myCert - Reset Password", where you should click on the "here" link.

myCert will verify that you are an existing user, and it will redirect you to the "Recover password" page to set a new password for your account.

The user’s password should meet the following requirements:

• The password should have at least six (6) characters.
• The password must have at least one non-letter or digit character.
• The password must have at least one digit ('0'-'9').
• The password must have at least one uppercase ('A'-'Z').

If the new password meets the minimum password requirements and the password is confirmed, then the reset was successful and you able to login to your account.
