Firstly, choose the desired mode and then select the course. If the Business Mode is selected, then the BA is eligible to purchase more than one product.

If there is more than one Company account registered under the same Business Admin, choose the desired Company for which the purchase will be made. Select the required product and then click on Add to cart.


Click on Continue shopping (grey button) to continue booking additional courses. Once all desired courses have been added to the shopping cart, click on Proceed to checkout.

In the Summary page, the order quantity can be adjusted (only if using the Business Mode). If a free voucher is provided, enter the voucher details in the respective field. Afterward, click on Proceed to Billing address.

The billing address of the registered Company should appear. Afterward, tick the box to agree with the terms of service and click on Proceed to Payment.

In case the billing address needs to be corrected, click on Edit.


There are three payment options possible:

• Pay by bank wire

• Pay with Credit Card

• Pay with PayPal

The courses will become available immediately if the Credit Card or PayPal method is selected. When selecting Pay by bank wire, the payment might take up to 3 business days to clear.

Click on the preferred payment method in order to complete the payment process.

If the option Pay by bank wire is selected, click on I confirm my order to confirm.

Once the booking is placed, a ”THANK YOU” message is displayed. An email with the order confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

A separate email will be sent with Safebridge bank details which is required for the bank wire transfer. This email should be used as a temporary invoice.

While making the bank transfer, it is important that users include the order reference in the payment reference field. Once the payment is completed, the invoicing department will issue the final invoice.

If the option Pay with Credit Card is selected, the credit card details need to be entered and then click on Complete Purchase.

A ”Thank You” message is displayed as a confirmation of the order. An email will also be sent to the email address associated with the account.

If the option Pay with Paypal is selected, the PayPal login page will load. The user has to Log in with their PayPal account details and follow the procedure.

Important Note: If the order was booked by mistake or needs to be cancelled, a request for cancellation should be sent to Safebridge Support.
