09. Issued Certificates

To view all the issued certificates, navigate to the Courses panel on the left and click on the on the Issued Certificates button.

A list will appear with all the Issued certificates. Select an End User from the list and a new window will open displaying the personal information of the user.

To download the certificate, click on the download icon, located in the bottom-right of the fields.

The myCert page opens and the certificate can be downloaded by clicking the respective button.

If the status of the certificate is set to “Revoked”, it means that the certificate was revoked and is not valid anymore.

A revoked certificate cannot be downloaded.
