02. How can I merge my accounts?

If you have several accounts on the system, you can merge your accounts and gather all of your courses under one login.

1. Click on your initials in the top right hand corner and go to My Profile & Account

2. Go to Merge users

3. Enter the username and password for the account you would like to merge into the one you are logged into

Please note: You must know the username and password of the other account you would like to merge. If you do not have this information, please click Lost password on www.trainingportal.no and type in the e-mail address or username. You will then receive an e-mail containing a link to reset your password (the link is valid for 24 hours). The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered on the account. If you require further assistance, you can contact Support on support@mintra.com.

How to switch between portals

After the user account merge, your account will be linked to all portals your old accounts were linked to. You can switch between the portals by following the steps below:

1. Click on your initials in the top left hand corner
2. Click on the arrow next to the portal name to view the list of portals the account is connected to

3. Select the portal you would like to change to

By switching portals, you get access to functionality and courses that have been made available on the portal you switch to.
