02. How to Place an Order

Step 1: Browse the Product Catalogue
Explore our course library to find the training you need. When you see a course you're interested in, select “See Details” for more information.

Step 2: Add to Cart
Choose the quantity of licenses you want and click “Add to Cart.” You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.


Step 3: Checkout
At checkout, you will see the total amount for your order. Select “Proceed to Billing Address.”

Step 4: Enter Billing Details
The information shown here will appear on your invoice. If needed, you can add extra details such as:

Administrator name
-
Purchase Order (PO) number
-
Vessel name
-
Any other relevant notes

Step 5: Choose a Payment Method

Credit Card: Licenses become available immediately.

Bank Wire Transfer: Licenses will be released once payment is received.

View Your Order and Licenses

In Orders Overview, you can review past orders and download invoices.
-
In License Overview, you can check how many licenses are available or used.
