08. My Profile, Merging & Account Verification

Within My Profile, you will have access to edit all of your personal details, merge duplicate profiles and verify your account. You will also see an order history for any courses you have purchased online.

Profile

To access your profile information, click on your initials in the top right-hand corner and then select My profile & account. Within your profile you will have access to review and amend your personal details. Select the pencil icon beside Personal Information to edit your details. There is also a section on the Profile page to edit your login credentials.

Merge Users

You can merge duplicate profiles within the system if your company allows this option. To merge records held on a different account into your main record, enter the username and password for the second account. Then select the send merge request. The merge will complete after a short period of time.

You can merge multiple accounts, just follow the same steps and enter the details for the other accounts that you hold within the system.
