05. Competence status matrix

This report will show the selected roles and users in rows and requirements in columns. It is also able to show roles in separate rows if needed.
To generate a report go to the tab "Reports" and click on "Competence status matrix".
If you have a role as "Leader", you will by standing on the tab "Home", have a shortcut to this report from here.
- Select users:
- All users
- All users in these organizational units
- Click on "Show" and select unit
- Individual users
- Click on "Select users" and write name of user
- Tick the box to Exclude inactive users
- Select roles and competences:
- All roles and competences
- Selected roles and competences
- Click on "Select Competences", tick on wanted competences and click "Save"
- Add additional filters
- Tick the box to Show only required roles and competences
- Tick the box to hide the requirements for competence groups with either/or requirement, and show status on competence groups
- Tick the box to Show roles in separate rows
- Filter on status
- Show all standard statuses: completed, not completed and expired
- Show selected statuses
- Show not completed
- Show completed, set date
- Show expired, set date
- Show what expires within the next: Select from 1 month to 5 years
- Show status in the future
- Select date or date in the future relative to now.
- Select columns
- Click on "Generate report".
- To get the report sent to your e-mail, tick the box. For big reports it is better to get the report sent to you e-mail, so you don’t have to wait until the report is being generated.
- Click on "Reset" to make a new report.
Color codes in the report
Green | The competence is completed |
Red | The competence is not completed |
Yellow | The competence requires repetition. The users` completed date has expired. |
Beige | The requirement is non-mandatory, i.e. the user does not have to complete the competence. Read about requirements for a role or competence group. |
