10 people found this article helpful

In the reports tab at the top of the page, you will find a number of different reports available. The course status report is the most popular, providing real-time status of all complete and incomplete courses in the portal.

Completion Status

The course status report will allow you to filter the required data before the report is generated. Follow the simple steps within the reporting options to filter by business unit and course status. For example, if you are looking to view all of the completions in the past month, you can use the filter by completion in a set period to view this information.

Expiry Reports

In this report type, you can use the filter on the status option to look ahead to completion records that are due to expire in the coming months. The report can then be scheduled and sent to your email address on your desired schedule. For example, on the filter by status option, select "Show completions with expiration". Then select an interval in the future of 3 months and have this sent on a schedule every month to your email address. This will give you a monthly status of the courses that are due to expire so that you can plan licenses, bookings, etc in advance of the expiry date.

Course Bookings

In step 4 of the report filtering, you can select to only see enrolments in a given period. Using this filter you can check all of the course bookings that have been made. For example, you can select all course bookings in the previous 3 months, and then include the enroller column in the report fields. This will allow you to get an overview of all bookings made in the past 3 months and also see which enroller has made the enrolments.

Tip! You can set up Reports to be sent on a schedule. To do this, please configure the report to your liking & then select Save Report Template at the bottom of the page, you will then be able to select the delivery interval & add recipients for this report.
