A checklist can be independent, or it can be used in competence groups and roles.
Create checklist

The checklist
You will find the checklist in the Checklist tab.
Here you can change the settings, add new items on the list, edit existing items, delete items, change the order of the items in the list, and print the list.
Overview
This pane provides an overview of the checklist, and you can see details, used in, and shortcuts to the information from the user pane, a graphical overview and the possibility to add users or set a completion.
Details
Copy
You can copy a checklist. The name will by default be set to [Copy of] + original name. You can change the name and description. All properties and checklist items will be copied.
Edit
By pressing the edit link you can do the following:
- Change the name and description
- Change the competence type
Users
In the user tab of the checklist you can access the following functionality:
Add as requirement
A wizard will start and you can choose between individual users, organizational units or all users. Read about Competence requirements
Assessors
You can add one or several assessors for a checklists. You can select users from Trainingportal regardless of their role.
Persons with the assessor access, can set completion for users connected to the checklist.

Set completion
Click the button Set completion to set completion date for the whole checklist.
To set a completion date for one item, click on the icon for Checklist in the table.
Communicate
Clicking on this button lets you send an e-mail or an SMS to users who are enroled to the checklist. Read about how to Communicate with users
Notifications
There's own notifications for checklists. Read about creating Notifications.
There's two codes that can be used in notifications: Checklist and Checklist status for user.
Categories
You can add categories.
Properties
A checklist can have the following properties:
- Priority
- External ID
- CV
- Repetition interval

Used in
In this tab you can add the checklist to trainingpackages or roles
