Your Customer account gives an overview of purchased licenses and unrestricted usage agreements for current portal.
Company administrators and portal administrators can access this feature from the Home tab.
Click Customer account to get an overview of the following:
- Customer accounts with licenses purchased in advance
- Balance
- Unrestricted usage agreements
- Usage of other courses
Click Details to get an overview of the account details.
For courses with Unrestricted usage agreements there is no need to see the activity on the account.
It is possible to create notifications that are triggered when a certain amount of licences remain.
Click Create notification and fill in the following:
- Number of licenses
- Name and e-mailadress to recipient
Then click Save. Click Back to see the customer account overview.
Usage of other courses
Here you can see an overview of all enrolments your company has purchased outside of any particular usage agreements.
Click the month to see details on enrolments.
