You can send username and new password from the users profile:

1. Click on the tab Users.
2. Search for the user and click on the name.
3. From the users profile, click on Send new password.
   1. If you as an administrator uses the function Send new password, a new password is generated and sent to the user. This password lasts for ever.
   2. If a student clicks Lost password, the student will recieve a link to set a new password. This link lasts for 24 hours.
4. Confirm the e-mailadress the login is being sent to (you can use another e-mailadress than the one registrated on the users profile).

Please note:

• You can not send the users existing password. This is for safetyreasons, to protect the users personal password.
• When you send login information, a new password is being generated. This is sent with the username.
• NOTE: If you have registrated a new user and click on the Send a new password, a new password is generated. This is different from the password the user was registrated with.
