The Trainingportal app, works alongside our main Trainingportal Online system to enable you to complete training from your smart device. This app is available to download on both Apple and Android devices. If you already have an account with Trainingportal, you can use the app to access courses that you have enrolled in. To get started, simply log in to the app using your existing account details.

Log into the Trainingportal App

To get started, simply download the app onto your smart device and then enter your usual username and password on the login page.

It's important to note that the login page is case sensitive, so make sure that your device doesn't automatically capitalize any letters that shouldn't be capitalized. Once you've successfully logged in, you'll be able to access all of the courses that you've enrolled in and start learning right away.

Download Courses for offline use

If you're planning on completing a course offline, the Trainingportal app provides you with a handy download content feature. To get started, simply click on the course that you want to download and select the download content button. The app will then download all of the course materials to your device, allowing you to access them even when you're offline and without an internet connection or mobile data.

Once the course materials have been downloaded, you can access them from the downloads section in the app. Simply click on the course that you want to open, and it will automatically launch in full offline mode. This means that you can work your way through the course at your own pace, without worrying about internet connectivity or mobile data usage.

Access your course certificate

To access your certificate, simply click on the certificates button located at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can view and download a PDF copy of your certificate directly onto your smart device.

Once you've downloaded your certificate, you can easily share it with your employer or anyone else who needs to see it. Plus, having your certificates stored in one convenient location on your device makes it easier than ever to keep track of your training and achievements.
