This report will show the selected users, with status and description for their roles and competences, and the latest comments.
To generate a report go to the tab "Reports" and click on "Competence status"
- Select user
- All users
- All users in these organizational units
- Click Show and select organizational units
- Individual users
- Click on Select users
- Tick to exclude inactive users
- Select roles and competences
- All roles and competences
- Selected roles and competences
- Select Competences and tick wanted competences
- Add additional filters
- Show only mandatory requirements
- Do not show competence requirements for roles
- Do not show competence requirements for training packages
- Include users that have the competence as other competence (non-requirements)
- Filter on status
- Show all standard statuses: completed, not completed and expired
- Show selected statuses
- Show not completed
- Show completed, set date
- Show expired, set date
- Show what expires within the next; Select from 1 month to 5 years.
- Show status in the future
- Select date or date in the future relative to now.
- Select columns:
- All selections under "Added columns" is information provided in the report. If this field is empty, it will not be possible to make a report.
- To remove columns from the report, mark the column and click "Remove". The column is being moved to "Available columns".
- Note the columns for the users comments and competence description.
- The column on top under "Added columns" is the first column in the report.
- To move a column up or down, mark it and click on "Move up" or "Move down". By doing this the report can be adjusted as needed.
5. Click on "Generate report"
- To get the report sent to your e-mail, tick the box. For big reports it is better to get the report sent to you e-mail, so you don’t have to wait until the report is being generated.
- Click on "Reset" to make a new report.

Color codes in the report
Green | The competence is completed |
Red | The competence is not completed |
Yellow | The competence requires repetition. The users` completed date has expired. |
Beige | The requirement is non-mandatory, i.e. the user does not have to complete the competence. Read about requirements for a role or training package. |
