08. Retrieving available classes and finished course diplomas in OCS

Please notice that if customers want to automatically update OCS HR with Trainingportal information about available classes, finished training and other statues and course diplomas, a permanent routine has to be set on the OCS server. If that is not done, the process has to be done manually. Contact ServiceDesk@onsoft.no if you want the procedure to be set up on the server.

In OCS open Competence-Integrations-Course vendors. Choose the Trainingportal integration.

For updating course calendars select the “Course types” tab. Select the courses you want to update by adding a “V” in the boxes to the left. Press “Copy courses/update course calendar”.

For retrieval of information about passed courses/retrieving course diplomas, select the “course review” tab. Select e-learning or classroom courses. Select the date interval you want to cover. Press “Update course attendance status”.
