03. Create a new role

Competence Roles require certain competence groups or competencies. These requirements must be met for a user to be competent for a Role.

To create a new Role, navigate to Competence > Competence Catalogue & select the Create Competence button.

Once selected, you will then be able to select Role from the Competence Type selection.

Once you have selected Role, you will then be able to enter the name of the role & optionally add a description for the Role. Once added, select Create Competence to complete the Role creation.
