Administrators in the system will have access to enrol users on courses. You can assign one or more courses to single users or multiple users in bulk.
Enrol a user on one or more courses
From the Users tab, select Enrol in course.
Use the search functionality to find the user account that you would like to assign courses. If you are not able to find the course you want to assign the user to, it may be that you have not activated the course. You can do this from within the Course Catalogue.
You can also assign courses to a user from the user's profile by clicking Enrol in course found within the enrollments section.
Enrol multiple users on one or more courses
From the Users tab, click Enrol in course.
You will now be able to search and select multiple users. Alternatively, you can also select all users or all users within one or more org. units. To do this, click the three dots icon and select users in Organization Units or select all users.
After selecting the relevant users, you will be able to search and select the relevant courses you would like to assign to the users.
Tip! It is possible to set up triggers so that new users who are registered in (or existing users who are moved to) certain org. units automatically get assigned to relevant courses. This will remove some of the manual work related to assigning courses to employees.
You can also reduce the manual work related to enrolling users on courses, by adding the Open enrolment rule to courses. This will allow the users to self-enrol for courses.
