Competence groups are defined by the requirements set for getting the package approved.

Read about creating a competence group here.

Requirements

You can add other competence groups and competences as requirements.

For example, the competence group Heart Start requires that both Heart start – on site training and Heart start – theory are completed.

Read more about adding competencies to a competence group here.

Normally it is required to fulfil all the requirements in the competence group to get it approved, but it is possible to define competence groups and or competencies that are not mandatory. Read about Requirements for a role/competence group

Used in

A competence group can be used in other competence groups and in roles, and becomes a requirement for these.
Under Used in you can see the competence groups and roles where the package is used. In this example the competence group Heart Start is used in the role Medic. You can click on the role to see if the competence group is mandatory or not. Read more about competence requirements.

If you want to require the competence group in other competence groups or roles, you must add it. Read about adding a competence or course.
